CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have to cancel your booking for any reason, Birmingham IVC will make every effort to refund any monies you have paid. However, this is not guaranteed.Any refund may be net of any costs incurred by the Company as a result of the cancellation.
INSURANCE
You are strongly advised to take out an appropriate insurance policy to provide cover in case you have to cancel your booking.
PAYMENT
All cheques must be made payable to "Birmingham Inter-Varsity Club Ltd".
It will not be possible to pay by direct transfer into the BIVC bank account.
No money = no booking ! !
